The Rogue Valley
Model Railroad Club was formed in the late 70's and
is incorporated as a non-profit organization. The officers consist of
a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer. The
Board
of Directors (BOD) includes the officers plus 2 members-at-large. All
are
elected by the membership.
